Wendy Figueroa, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Treasurer of Geo-Logic Associates (GLA). As a member of the executive leadership team, she oversees the company’s financial strategy, accounting, treasury, tax, and corporate governance functions. Ms. Figueroa collaborates closely with company leadership to support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term financial performance.
Ms. Figueroa joined GLA in 2018 after more than a decade with KPMG, where she held leadership roles in Mexico, the United States, and the Netherlands. Throughout her career, she has worked with multinational organizations across North and South America, developing expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and international business operations.
Her extensive experience supporting companies throughout Latin America has provided valuable insight into the financial and operational complexities of conducting business across multiple countries. This global perspective has been instrumental in supporting GLA’s international operations and growth initiatives, including the company’s presence in Peru and other markets throughout the region.
Prior to joining GLA, Ms. Figueroa served as the senior manager responsible for the company’s external audit engagement for three years. Through that role, she gained a deep understanding of the company’s operations, culture, and strategic objectives before transitioning from trusted advisor to executive leader within the organization.
Since joining GLA, she has played a key role in strengthening financial controls, modernizing business processes, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and enhancing the company’s financial and operational infrastructure.
