The local engineering community celebrated numerous achievements at the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) New Mexico Engineering Excellence Awards Gala on Friday, April 4, 2025 at Sandia Resort & Casino. Attendees included ACEC NM National Director and DBS&A President Gundar Peterson, PE; Staff Engineers Grace Herrmann, PE, Alex Nunez-Thompson, EI, and  Kory Holt, EI; Principal Geologist Jim Kelsey, PG; and Business Developer Janet Wolfe. DBS&A engineers specialize in water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure engineering; water treatment system design; remedial design; and landfill and waste disposal facility design.
