John J. Dodge, PG, CHG, has a diverse background in contaminant hydrogeology, site characterization, environmental investigation, and remediation of complexly impacted properties. Based in Orange County, California, he has completed hundreds of projects solving client issues related to remedial investigation and planning, risk evaluation, costing and financial analysis, litigation and mediation, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (RCRA/CERCLA), contaminated soil, sediment and groundwater, watershed characterization, solute fate and transport, isotope geochemistry, and related topics. Past accomplishments include successful investigation and remediation projects involving chlorinated solvents, metals, mixed waste, tritium, fuels, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), pesticides, radionuclides, nitrate, phosphorus, perchlorate, 1,4-dioxane, coal tar, methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), dioxins/furans, per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), pharmaceuticals, and other contaminants in a variety of hydrogeologic and hydrologic environments.
