Mr. Nowak has nearly 40 years of experience in the consulting engineering industry, including civil, solid waste, produced water impoundments, storm water engineering, geotechnical, and construction projects.

He has been retained as an engineering expert for various civil projects relating to impoundment design and construction, geotechnical analyses, geomembrane lined surface impoundments, geosynthetics analyses, landfill gas migration, and solid waste facility construction contracting.
