Mr. Gobelman specializes in remedial projects related to Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), leaking underground storage tank (LUST), SARA, and Site Remediation Program (SRP) programs. This includes the design and implementation of preliminary and detailed site investigations (PSIs and DSIs), risk assessments, and management of impacted soil and groundwater.
