A Technical Expert

Mr. Gobelman specializes in remedial projects related to RCRA, CERCLA, LUST, SARA, and SRP programs. This includes the design and implementation of preliminary and detailed site investigations (PSIs and DSIs), risk assessments, and management of impacted soil and groundwater.

Further specialized services provided by Mr. Gobelman include Expert Witness Testimony and Review and Evaluation Licensed Professional Engineer (RELPE).
