David is a former District Manager for a large private-sector waste management provider. He developed one of the largest solid waste landfills in the country and grew revenue from $60 million to $103 million in five years. Fouad was formerly the Principal Engineer for the Department of Waste Resources at a major southern California municipality. As a leader of this large public utility, Fouad led a team of professionals in landfill design, operations, and closure of waste system assets.
