A Technical Expert
Mr. Calhoun manages GIS development, including the analysis of aerial photography and satellite imagery for land use classifications, stream flow and terrain analysis, groundwater chemistry and flow calculations, and general civil engineering support. He has also been responsible for GIS development on multiple regional water planning and water rights adjudication projects in the Southwest. Mr. Calhoun has provided expert support to clients for water rights analysis, water supply investigations, groundwater contamination issues, and land trespass disputes. He has extensive experience collecting and managing spatial and tabular data and integrating these datasets into ArcGIS geodatabases and Microsoft databases from a variety of federal, state, and local municipal and county governments. Mr. Calhoun has provided expert testimony at New Mexico District Courts, U.S. District Courts, and Arizona Superior Courts.
