A Proven Leader

Ms. Bartlett is a Senior Vice President of Geo-Logic Associates, Inc. She helped establish Clear Creek Associates, the former wholly owned subsidiary of GLA, in 1999. She applies her scientific training, background in business management, and professional experience in hydrogeologic project oversight to the management of Geo-Logic Associates. An environmental professional, she has extensive experience in water quality, environmental chemistry, hazardous waste management, quality assurance, health and safety compliance, and project management for complex environmental investigations and remediation projects. Ms. Bartlett has expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating large-scale sampling and analysis programs, and supporting regulatory compliance efforts across Superfund, industrial, mining, and transportation projects throughout the western United States.

Her experience includes regulatory compliance, risk assessment, environmental sampling and analysis, groundwater investigations, remediation technologies, health and safety management, hazardous waste operations, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and multidisciplinary project coordination.

Ms. Bartlett is responsible for strategy, budget planning, mentoring project managers, oversight of operations and business development for Geo-Logic Associates.

Active in National Ground Water Association (NGWA), Geological Society of America (GSA), American Geosciences Institute (AGI), and Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration (SME).
