A Technical Expert

Marvin Glotfelty, RG, is a Principal Hydrogeologist with more than 40 years of professional experience. He has experience in almost every aspect of hydrogeology, water supply studies, aquifer testing, well design, well rehabilitation, water rights issues, and water quality assessment.

Mr. Glotfelty has provided litigation support related to water well, hydrogeologic, and hydrologic evaluations; served as a Forensic Consultant; and provided direct expert and rebuttal testimony in deposition, mediation, and adjudication hearings and before the Arizona Superior Court and United States District Court. He has also provided litigation support services for water well-related cases in California, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Oregon. Mr. Glotfelty has provided litigation support to a wide range of clients including municipalities, attorneys, chemical companies, drillers, power companies, developers, utilities companies, and water agencies. He performed a comprehensive water resources evaluation for one of the largest rate cases for a private water company in the history of the State of Arizona. Specific tasks included submittal of reports as direct evidence, written rebuttal testimony, written surrebuttal testimony, written rejoinder testimony, and oral expert testimony and response to cross-examination.
